Salted caramel M&M Krispy treats!
250g white jumbo marshmallows
150g Rice Krispies
50g milk chocolate
50g unsalted butter
200g milk chocolate
50g caramel sauce
In a saucepan over a medium heat melt together the marshmallows, chocolate and butter.
Once melted take off the heat and stir in the Rice Krispies and a handful of M&Ms. Mix until well coated.
Pour into a lined 9x9” square tin and press down with the back of a spoon. If you butter the spoon it makes it easier to press down.
Melt yourmilk chocolate and pour over the top of the Rice Krispies.
Pour the caramel sauce over the Rice Krispies. Swirl using a knife to create a marbled effect.
Place your crushed M&Ms on top and push down gently. Put into the fridge to set for 2 or so hours.
Once set, cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
