Biscoff Rice Krispy treats!

Ingredients -

250g white jumbo marshmallows

150g Rice Krispies

100g Biscoff spread

50g unsalted butter


Decoration -

200g Biscoff spread

100g milk chocolate

50g white chocolate

12 biscoff sandwich biscuits


Instructions -

  1. In a saucepan over a medium heat melt together the marshmallows and butter.

  2. Once melted take off the heat and stir in the biscoff spread until smooth.

  3. Pour in the Rice Krispies and mix until well coated.

  4. Pour into a lined 9x9” square tin and press down with the back of a spoon. If you butter the spoon it makes it easier to press down.

  5. Melt together the biscoff spread and milk chocolate and pour over the top of the Rice Krispies.

  6. Melt the white chocolate and pour over the Rice Krispies. Swirl using a knife to create a marbled effect.

  7. Place your biscuits on top of the spread and push down gently. Put into the fridge to set for 2 or so hours.

  8. Once set, cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
