Percy pig Krispy treats!

Ingredients -

250g white jumbo marshmallows

150g Rice Krispies

50g unsalted butter

3 tbsp Percy pig sauce


Decoration -

300g white chocolate

50g Percy pig sauce

12 Percy pigs

A handful of pink and white mini marshmallows


Instructions -

  1. In a saucepan over a medium heat melt together the marshmallows and butter.

  2. Once melted take off the heat and stir in Rice Krispies and Percy pig sauce.

  3. Pour into a lined 9x9” square tin and press down with the back of a spoon. If you butter the spoon it makes it easier to press down.

  4. Melt the white chocolate and pour over the top of the Rice Krispies.

  5. Drizzle the Percy pig sauce over the Rice Krispies. Swirl using a knife to create a marbled effect.

  6. Place your Percy pigs on top of the spread and push down gently. Scatter your mini marshmallows and then put into the fridge to set for 2 or so hours.

  7. Once set, cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
