Kinder bueno rocky road

Ingredients -

350g kinder chocolate

200g hazelnut spread

100g chopped biscuits

100g mini marshmallows

4 kinder bueno bars


Decoration -

100g kinder chocolate

50g white chocolate

2 kinder buenos

Handful of mini marshmallows


Instructions -

  1. Over a bain-marie, melt your kinder chocolate and hazelnut spread until silky and smooth. Once melted, take off the heat and allow to cool.

  2. Add in your biscuits, marshmallows and 4 of the Kinder bueno bars. Mix until well distributed throughout.

  3. Pour the mixture into a lined 9x9” tin and spread out with the back of a spoon.

  4. Melt the milk and white chocolate and pour on top of the rocky road. Swirl together to make a marbles effect.

  5. Add some marshmallows and kinder bueno pieces on top and put into the fridge to set for a couple of hours.

  6. Once set, cut into squares. Enjoy!
