Crispy barbecue chicken tenders!

400g chicken fillets
1 large egg
2 slices of bread
4 tbsp bbq seasoning (I used this one: https://amzn.to/3qfxRGi )
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Cut your chicken fillets into strips and set aside for later.
In a bowl whisk together the egg, oil and 3 tbsp of bbq seasoning.
Dunk the chicken strips in the seasoning, making sure they’re heavily coated. Leave in the fridge to marinate for 30 mins - 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees fan.
Whilst you wait, blend together the bread until it forms crumbs. Mix together with 1 tbsp of bbq seasoning.
Spread out over a foil lined tray and bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes until light brown and crispy.
Once your chicken strips are done marinating dunk them into the bread crumbs, making sure they’re well coated.
Place on a foil lined tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Once cooked, serve and enjoy!
