If you’re in need of a rich, indulgent treat then I have the perfect recipe for you! These brownies are gorgeously fudgy, sweet and oh so chocolatey! I promise they won’t disappoint
200g unsalted butter.
200g dark chocolate.
137g golden caster sugar.
137g light brown sugar.
1 tsp vanilla extract.
1 tbsp coffee.
A pinch of salt.
80g self raising flour.
50g cocoa powder.
150g milk chocolate.
200g Kinder Bueno.
Preheat your oven to 170 degrees fan.
In the microwave, melt together the butter and dark chocolate.
Once melted, mix until combined and set aside to cool.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and coffee.
Pour the cooled chocolate mixture into the other bowl and gently mix until combined.
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder and salt. Fold into the batter until well combined.
Add in the milk chocolate and Kinder Bueno. Carefully fold them in so you don’t break the Kinder Bueno.
Pour the brownie batter into an 9x9” lined square tin and spread out evenly.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until the brownie is set in the middle.
Take out of the oven and allow to cool properly before cutting.
