Terry’s Chocolate Orange Krispy Squares!

Ingredients -

5 tbsp golden syrup

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp light brown sugar

125g rice puffs

150g Terry’s Chocolate Orange

150g milk chocolate

50g white chocolate

A couple drops of orange food colouring (I use the orange colour from this set - https://amzn.to/2DqrZ9v)

Directions -

  1. In a saucepan over a medium heat melt together the butter, 50g milk chocolate, 50g Terry’s chocolate orange, sugar and golden syrup.

  2. Take off the heat and mix in the rice puffs.

  3. Tip the mixture into a lined 9x9 inch square dish and spread it out evenly.

  4. Melt 100g milk chocolate and 100g Terry’s chocolate orange in the microwave and pour it on top.

  5. Melt 50g white chocolate and add 1 tsp of orange food colouring. Place blobs of it around the chocolate.

  6. Using a skewer or sharp knife swirl it around the chocolate to create a marbled effect.

  7. Place a few Terry’s chocolate orange pieces on top and put the dish in the fridge and let it set for approximately 2 hours.

  8. Enjoy!
