S’mores french toast!
Ingredients - Serves 2
2 medium eggs
4 tbsp milk
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 slices of toast
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
Put a dallop of butter in a pan over a medium heat.
Place your slice of toast into the bowl and allow to soak for about 15 seconds before flipping it over. Repeat.
Place the toast into the saucepan and fry until golden brown on both sides. This usually takes about 5-10 minutes.
Once golden and crispy, spread the marshmallow fluff onto the toast and cut diagonally.
Place the other half on top and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Drizzle the chocolate sauce on top. Repeat all these steps with the other piece of bread.
