Red velvet cheesecake swirl brownies!

Ingredients -
(red velvet brownie):
100g unsalted butter
100g plain flour
64g granulated sugar
32g cocoa powder
2 medium eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp red food colouring
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
(cheesecake batter):
170g full fat cream cheese
32g granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 medium egg
Instructions -
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line an 8x8 inch square pan with baking paper.
Melt your butter in the microwave and pour into a glass bowl. Add in the sugar, eggs, vanilla, red food colouring and mix to combine.
Add in the cocoa powder, flour and bicarbonate of soda. Mix until just combined.
Pour 3/4 of the brownie batter into the pan, reserving 1/4 for later. Start making the cheesecake batter.
In a bowl beat the cream cheese until soft and smooth.
Add in the sugar, vanilla and egg. Mix to combine.
Pour the cheesecake batter on top of the brownie batter and carefully spread it out.
Add spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter on top of the cheesecake and create a marbled effect using a sharp knife.
Once satisfied with your pattern, bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
Once baked leave aside to cool fully before cutting.
