Mini egg rocky road!

Ingredients -

80g unsalted butter

3 tbsp golden syrup

350g milk chocolate

120g chopped biscuits

80g mini marshmallows

160g mini eggs


Instructions -

  1. Over a bain-marie, melt together the butter and golden syrup.

  2. Once melted, take off the heat and add in your milk chocolate. Mix slowly until melted.

  3. Add in your biscuits, marshmallows and half the mini eggs. Mix until well distributed throughout.

  4. Pour the mixture into a lined 8x8” tin and spread out with the back of a spoon.

  5. Decorate with the remaining mini eggs and more marshmallows and put into the fridge to set for a couple of hours.

  6. Once set, cut into squares. Enjoy!
