Milkyway and Oreo no bake cheesecake.

Considering I’m not usually much of a fan of no bake cheesecakes...I was surprised how tasty this was! Plus even better, it’s so easy to make! I hope you guys enjoy this recipe 💕
Ingredients -
400g full fat cream cheese.
250ml double cream.
200g milkyway chocolate stars.
80g granulated sugar.
20g icing sugar.
30g cocoa powder.
350g Oreo biscuits.
120g unsalted butter.
Directions -
(Biscuit base):
In a blender, blitz the Oreo biscuits (including the filling) until a fine crumb.
Melt the unsalted butter in the microwave and pour into the blender.
Blitz the biscuits until they clump together.
Pour the biscuit base into an 8” springform pan and flatten. Place in the freezer to allow it to set.
(Cheesecake batter):
Melt the Milkyway stars in the microwave and set aside to allow to cool.
In a separate bowl whisk the double cream until it forms hard peaks.
Sift the cocoa powder into the bowl and fold it into the cream until combined.
Add in the cooled milk chocolate and fold until combined.
In another bowl, mix together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add the chocolate cream to the cream cheese and fold in until they’re both combined.
Pour the cheesecake batter into the springform pan and allow to chill for 6 hours or overnight. I leave it overnight.
Decoration -
Whisk 150ml of double cream, 30g of icing and a tsp of vanilla extract until it forms hard peaks.
Pipe the whipped cream around the cheesecake.
Place cut up milkyway bars on top of the whipped cream.
Place an Oreo between each piping of whipped cream.
