Milkybar red velvet loaf cake!

Ingredients -
(Cake batter):
300g self raising flour
285g granulated sugar
150ml whole milk
115g unsalted butter
3 medium eggs
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp of red food colouring (I use this paste - https://amzn.to/2EPYCON)
1/2 tsp of bicarbonate of soda
A pinch of salt
(Buttercream):
150g unsalted butter
150g cream cheese
300g icing sugar
50g Milkybar chocolate, melted

Directions -
Preheat your oven to 160 degrees fan.
Cream together the butter and granulated sugar until smooth and well combined.
Add in the eggs and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, red food colouring and milk until it forms a thick paste.
Add the paste to the butter, egg and sugar mix and stir.
Add in the milk, flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt. Mix to combine.
Pour the batter into a greased and lined loaf Place in the centre of the oven. Cook for 50-60 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted.
Once cooked, take out of the oven and leave to cool on the side. Move onto making the frosting.
Using an electric mixer mix together the butter, white chocolate, cream cheese, vanilla extract and icing sugar until smooth.
Either pipe or spread the buttercream on top of the cake. Decorate with cake crumbs and Milkybar buttons.
