Milkybar egg cheesecake!

Ingredients -

150ml double cream

100g cream cheese

35g icing sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

A Milkybar egg, halved.

2 tbsp caramel sauce (I use this one: https://amzn.to/2O0ZIM1)

Instructions -

  1. Halve your Milkybar egg. I did this by running a warm knife around the egg until it was easy to cut.

  2. In a bowl whisk together the cream cheese, double cream, icing sugar and vanilla until firm peaks form.

  3. Scoop the cheesecake batter into the two halves of the Milkybar egg and flatten with the back of a spoon.

  4. Drizzle caramel sauce and place some Milkybar eggs on top.

  5. Leave to set in the fridge for 2-3 hours and then serve.

  6. Enjoy!
