5 tbsp golden syrup
1 tbsp butter (any will do)
1 tbsp light brown sugar
125g rice puffs
350g white chocolate
50g milk chocolate
4 packs mini Maryland cookies
In a saucepan over a medium heat melt together the butter, 50g white chocolate, brown sugar and golden syrup.
Take off the heat and mix in the rice puffs.
Tip the mixture into a lined 9x9 inch square dish and spread it out evenly.
Melt 300g white chocolate in the microwave and pour it on top.
Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave and place blobs of it around the chocolate.
Using a skewer or sharp knife swirl it around the chocolate to create a marbled effect.
Place a few Maryland cookies on top and put the dish in the fridge. Let it set for approximately 2 hours.
Once set, cut into squares.
