Magic star brownies!

Ingredients -

200g granulated sugar

150g unsalted butter, melted

100g plain flour

2 large eggs

35g cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

100g dark chocolate, melted

100g Magic stars

100g white chocolate chips

Directions -

  1. Preheat your oven to 170 degrees fan and line an 8x8” square dish with baking paper.

  2. In the microwave melt together your dark chocolate and butter.

  3. Add in the sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.

  4. Add the flour and cocoa powder and mix until a smooth batter forms.

  5. Fold in your magic star and white chocolate chips and pour the brownie batter into the square tin. Smooth out evenly using the back of a spoon.

  6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 mins and then leave aside to cool fully before removing from the tin.

  7. If you like, place the tin in the fridge for a few hours to make the brownies extra fudgy!

  8. Once the brownie has set, cut it into squares and top with more magic stars.

  9. Serve and enjoy!
