Lemon Sherbet fudge!



Ingredients -

400g white chocolate

150g lemon curd

20g sherbet powder

1 tsp yellow food colouring (optional)


Directions -

  1. In the microwave melt together the white chocolate and lemon curd.

  2. Once melted, mix to combine.

  3. Pour the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch square dish.

  4. Sprinkle the sherbet on top of the fudge.

  5. Allow to set in the fridge for 2+ hours.

  6. Enjoy!
