Kinder & salted caramel blondies!

250g plain flour
180g unsalted butter
110g golden caster sugar
110g light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
200g kinder chocolate
50g caramel sauce (I recommend this one: https://amzn.to/3s3J3qF )

Preheat your oven to 160 degrees fan and line a 9x9” square dish with baking paper.
Melt your butter in the microwave. Add in the two sugars and mix until smooth and well combined.

Add in the flour, cornflour and salt. Mix until combined.
Fold in the kinder chocolate until well distributed throughout.
Pour the batter into the square dish, spreading it out with the back of your spoon. Drizzle the caramel sauce on top and then swirl throughout the batter using a knife.
Bake the blondies for 30-35 minutes or until there is a slight wobble in the middle.
Once baked, leave aside to cool completely before cutting up into squares.
