150g unsalted butter
3 tbsp golden syrup
6 tsp cocoa powder
225g Oreo biscuits, chopped
100g white chocolate, melted
100g Kinder chocolate, melted
In a saucepan over a medium heat, melt together the butter, golden syrup and cocoa powder.
Once melted, take off the heat and add in the Oreo biscuits. Mix until well combined and then pour into an 8x8” lined baking dish. Smooth down using the back of a spoon to make it even.
Melt the white chocolate and kinder chocolate in separate bowls and then pour both on top of the biscuit base. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect and then place a few Kinder pieces on top.
Leave to set in the fridge for 2-3 hours before cutting it into squares.
Once set, serve and enjoy!
