Kinder bueno tiffin!
125g unsalted butter.
180g golden syrup.
130g rich tea biscuits.
275g milk chocolate.
75g dark chocolate.
100g kinder bueno pieces.
150g white chocolate.
In a saucepan melt together the golden syrup and butter over a low heat.
Once both are fully melted and have started to gently bubble, take off the heat.
Add in the milk and dark chocolate and stir until melted.
Put together the broken up biscuits and kinder bueno pieces in a large bowl. Pour the chocolatey syrup over the pieces and mix until well distributed.
Pour the tiffin mixture into a lined 8x8” square pan and smooth out.
If using white chocolate, melt in the microwave.
Pour the melted chocolate over the tiffin base and put in the fridge to solidify for 3+ hours.
Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
