Kinder Bueno skillet cookie!

130g unsalted butter
100g light brown sugar
60g granulated sugar
300g plain flour
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
A pinch of salt
100g white chocolate
2 kinder buenos
Preheat your oven to 170 degrees fan and grease an 8” cake tin or skillet.
In a bowl beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in the egg and vanilla extract. Mix to combine.
Add in the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt. Mix to combine.
Fold in the white chocolate to distribute evenly.
Take half of the cookie dough and press down evenly in the 8” dish.
Take two kinder bueno and place them on top of the dough.
Use the remaining dough to cover the kinder bueno.
Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Leave aside to cool once baked.
