280g plain flour
200g unsalted butter
100g light brown sugar
100g granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
8 Kinder Buenos
3 tbsp white chocolate hazelnut spread
Preheat your oven to 160 degrees fan and line a 9x9” square tin with parchment paper.
Melt your butter in the microwave and then put in a bowl.
Add in both sugars and mix until fully incorporated.
Add both eggs and the vanilla. Mix to combine.
Add the flour and salt. Mix until just combined.
Fold in the kinder bueno pieces carefully to avoid breakage.
Pour the batter into the square tin and spread out evenly.
Place the tbsps of hazelnut spread on top of the Blondie batter and swirl in.
Bake in the centre of the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the outside is set and the middle is slightly wobbly.
Allow to cool on the side for an hour or two before cutting up.
If you wish, drizzle some more spread on top of the blondies and place some Kinder Bueno pieces.
