Jaffa Cake Loaf Cake!

Ingredients -
150g unsalted butter or baking spread
200g light brown sugar
200g self raising flour
90ml buttermilk or whole milk
3 medium eggs
1 tsp orange extract or orange zest
Buttercream -
200g unsalted butter
400g icing sugar
150g dark chocolate
Optional decoration -
Jaffa Cakes
Golden sugar balls
Directions -
Preheat your oven to 160 degrees fan and line your loaf dish with parchment paper.
In a bowl mix together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in the eggs, buttermilk and orange extract. Mix to combine.
Add in the self raising flour. Mix to combine.
Pour the cake batter into the loaf tin and bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
Once baked, leave on the side until completely cool.
Buttercream -
In a bowl mix together the butter and icing sugar until combined.
Add in the dark chocolate and mix to combine.
Either using a piping bag or spatula, decorate the cake with the buttercream.
If you wish, place Jaffa Cakes on top.
