Gold bar blondies!



Ingredients -

280g plain flour

200g unsalted butter

100g light brown sugar

100g granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

8 Mcvities gold bar, chopped

100g white chocolate


Instructions -

  1. Preheat your oven to 160 degrees fan and line a 9x9” square tin with parchment paper.

  2. Melt your butter in the microwave and then put in a bowl.

  3. Add in both sugars and mix until fully incorporated.

  4. Add both eggs and the vanilla. Mix to combine.

  5. Add the flour and salt. Mix until just combined.

  6. Fold in the gold bar pieces and whites chocolate.

  7. Pour the batter into the square tin and spread out evenly.

  8. Bake in the centre of the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the outside is set and the middle is slightly wobbly.

  9. Allow to cool on the side for an hour or two before cutting up.

  10. If you wish, drizzle some more spread on top of the blondies and place some Kinder Bueno pieces.

  11. Enjoy!
