Freddo tiffin!

Ingredients - 130g Unsalted butter
80g golden syrup
20g cocoa powder
100g milk chocolate
200g Maryland cookies or any biscuit of your choice
Topping: 200g milk chocolate
50g white chocolate
5 Freddos
Instructions -
Line an 8” square tin with greaseproof paper.
Melt the butter, golden syrup and Cocoa Powder together in a pan over a low heat.
Once the mixture has melted, remove the pan from the heat and add in the chocolate, stirring until melted.
Add the biscuits into the melted chocolate mixture and stir until completely coated.
Pour the mixture into the square tin and smooth out with a spoon until even.
Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring between each burst until the chocolate is melted.
Pour the melted chocolate over the tiffin base and smooth out to evenly cover the top of the tiffin.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and then pour on top of the milk chocolate. Create a marbled effect using a sharp knife.
Place your Freddos on top of the tiffin and then place in the fridge to set for a couple of hours.
Once set, cut the tiffin into squares and serve.
