Caramel nibbles krispy treats!
2 tbsp golden syrup
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp light brown sugar
200g milk chocolate
120g Rice krispies
3 tbsp caramel
1/2 bag Cadbury caramel buttons
In a saucepan over a medium heat melt together the butter, brown sugar and golden syrup.
Take off the heat and mix in marshmallows until melted.
Mix in the rice puffs.
Tip the mixture into a lined 9x9 inch square dish and spread it out evenly.
Melt 200g milk chocolate in the microwave and pour it on top.
Place blobs of caramel on top of the chocolate and using a skewer or sharp knife swirl it around the chocolate to create a marbled effect.
Place a few caramel buttons on top and put the dish in the fridge. Let it set for approximately 2 hours.
Once set, cut into squares.
