150g unsalted butter
3 tbsp golden syrup
6 tsp biscoff spread
225g lotus biscuits, chopped
100g white chocolate
100g biscoff spread
In a saucepan over a medium heat, melt together the butter, golden syrup and biscoff spread.
Once melted, take off the heat and add in the biscoff biscuits. Mix until well combined and then pour into an 8x8” lined baking dish. Smooth down using the back of a spoon to make it even.
Melt the white chocolate and biscoff spread on separate bowls and then pour both on top of the biscuit base. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect and then place a few biscuits on top.
Leave to set in the fridge for 2-3 hours before cutting it into squares.
Once set, serve and enjoy!
