2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp milk
3 tbsp light brown sugar
4 tbsp plain flour
2 tsp Biscoff spread
A few white choc chips
In the mug of your choice put in 2 tbsp of butter and milk.
Melt together in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Add the light brown sugar and mix until it dissolves.
Add the plain flour and mix to combine.
Add in the biscoff spread and mix to combine.
Add in a few white choc chips.
Heat in the microwave for approximately 1 minute. Heat for slightly longer if you want a firmer cookie.
