Baked cinnamon sugar doughnuts!

Ingredients - 12 doughnuts
250g plain flour
120g unsalted butter
100ml whole milk
120g granulated sugar
1 medium egg
1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
A pinch of salt
For the topping -
30g unsalted butter
50g granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions -
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and grease your doughnut moulds using butter.
In a bowl whisk together the sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and baking powder.
In another bowl mix together the egg, melted butter, milk and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter evenly into the doughnuts moulds (about 3/4 full) and bake in the centre of the oven for 17-20 minutes.
Once baked, leave aside to cool.
Melt your 30g of butter in the microwave and brush over the cooled doughnuts.
Mix your sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and begin dunking your doughnuts in it.
Once you’re satisfied with the amount of sugar on your doughnuts, serve and enjoy!
