Ingredients -

200g unsalted butter

300g rolled oats

100g light brown sugar

5 tbsp golden syrup

250g white chocolate

Pink food colouring (I use the pink colour from this set - https://amzn.to/2DqrZ9v)

Handful of Party rings biscuits

Directions -

  1. Preheat your oven to 160 degrees fan and line an 8x8” square dish.

  2. In a saucepan over a medium heat melt together the butter, sugar and golden syrup.

  3. Once melted take off the heat and mix in the oats.

  4. Pour the mixture into the square dish and spread out evenly.

  5. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. Once baked, take out of the oven and leave to cool down.

  7. Melt 200g and 50g of the white chocolate in separate bowls.

  8. Put a drop of pink food colouring in the bowl containing 50g of white chocolate.

  9. Pour the 200g of white chocolate over the flapjack and spread out evenly.

  10. Put blobs of the pink white chocolate on top and swirl to create a marbled effect.

  11. Place the Party rings on top of the spread.

  12. Put in the fridge to set for a few hours or overnight. Cut into squares once set.

  13. Enjoy!
